Two Plans:
SIX MONTH DISCOUNT PLAN
The base rate for the first 100 (1 through 100) emails is $30 per mailing or $60.00 (sixty) per month, plus 20 (twenty) cents per additional email address over 100. Payment is due one week before the first of the month in which the emails will be sent. An invoice will be emailed to each client (you) by The Happy Times advertising program on or around the 15th of each month. (Fix your email program so it will accept messages from www.HappyTimes@tomsbooknook.com and www.tom.gnagey@att.net .) The Six Month Discount Plan guarantees the discounted rates during that period and binds the client to six months of participation.
MONTH TO MONTH PLAN
The base rate for the first 100 (1 through 100) emails is $35 per mailing or $70.00 (seventy) per month, plus 35 (thirty five) cents per additional email address over 100. Payment is due one week before the first of the month in which the emails will be sent. An invoice will be emailed to each client (you) by The Happy Times advertising program. (Fix your email program so it will accept messages from www.HappyTimes@tomsbooknook.com and www.tom.gnagey@att.net .) The Basic Program allows the client to participate on a month by month basis. Rates are not guaranteed. Client may upgrade to Discount Plan at any time.

In both cases above, the client agrees to assemble an up to date email list (believes most every address can be delivered) according to the format specified in the Client Information Sheet and forward it via an email attachment to the Happy Times (www.tom.gnagey@att.net). The client may add to the list at any time using the procedure specified in the Client Information Sheet. Each email recipient has the right to opt out of the mailings at any time (opt out instructions are provided in each mailing.) Client will not be subsequently charged for opt outs and undeliverables, which will be deleted.
